These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KONTYRA websites, products, APIs, developer tools, documentation, and related services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using KONTYRA services, you agree to these Terms, any referenced policies, and any product-specific terms that apply to the services you use. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to current and future KONTYRA offerings, including:

• KONTYRA websites and legal resources.
• Deploy Platform and related hosted services.
• APIs, SDKs, developer tools, documentation, and integrations.
• Beta, preview, experimental, or limited-release products.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, using multi-factor authentication where available, and all activity under your account. You must notify KONTYRA promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the services, interfere with service operation, bypass usage limits, attempt unauthorized access, or use KONTYRA services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

5. Customer Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to KONTYRA services. You grant KONTYRA a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the services and comply with these Terms.

6. KONTYRA Intellectual Property

KONTYRA and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in KONTYRA services, software, documentation, logos, trademarks, product names, designs, and related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or an applicable license.

7. Third-Party Services

KONTYRA services may integrate with third-party services or depend on third-party infrastructure. KONTYRA is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and policies.

8. Fees and Payment

Paid services may require payment of fees, taxes, and usage charges described at purchase, in an order, or in product documentation. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

9. Suspension and Termination

KONTYRA may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, exceed usage limits, or use services in a way that may harm KONTYRA, users, or third parties. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Disclaimers

KONTYRA services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. KONTYRA disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KONTYRA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the services.

12. Changes

KONTYRA may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted through the Legal Center or communicated through reasonable channels. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
