1. Acceptance

By accessing, downloading, installing, copying, modifying, distributing, or using any software, service, application, SDK, API, documentation, or related materials provided by KONTYRA ("Software"), you agree to be bound by this License.

10. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by the laws designated by KONTYRA in its legal documentation.

11. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between KONTYRA and the User regarding the Software.
