• GDPR: KONTYRA is aligning privacy notices, data rights handling, subprocessors, retention practices, and security controls with GDPR expectations.
• NDPA: KONTYRA is aligning data protection practices with Nigeria Data Protection Act principles, including lawful processing, data subject rights, and appropriate safeguards.
• SOC 2: KONTYRA has not completed a SOC 2 audit and does not claim SOC 2 certification.
• ISO 27001: KONTYRA has not completed ISO 27001 certification and does not claim ISO 27001 certification.

KONTYRA will update this page as controls mature, formal assessments begin, certifications are obtained, or framework status changes. Until a certification is explicitly listed as certified, it should be treated as not certified.
