KONTYRA Legal

Cookies Policy

This Cookies Policy explains how KONTYRA uses cookies and similar technologies (like local storage and web beacons) to recognize you when you visit our websites and use our products, APIs, and related services. It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by online service providers to facilitate and help to make the interaction between users and websites faster and easier, as well as to provide reporting information.

2. Why do we use cookies?

We use first-party and third-party cookies for several reasons:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for you to browse the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site (e.g., maintaining your authentication state).
  • Performance and Functionality Cookies: These are used to enhance the performance and functionality of our websites but are non-essential to their use. However, without these cookies, certain functionality (like maintaining 3D physics preferences or typography presets) may become unavailable.
  • Analytics and Customization Cookies: These cookies collect information that is used to help us understand how our websites are being used, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, or to help us customize our websites for you.

3. Specific KONTYRA Use Cases

Our infrastructure relies on a "Persistence Matrix" for the following use cases:

  • Laboratory State: Persists calibration data for Validator Pro and Novel Weaver. Remembers your 3D physics preferences and typography presets to ensure a frictionless re-entry. (Technical / Functional)
  • Nexus Coordinates: Utilizes session markers to maintain your position within the publication nexus, preventing coordinate loss during navigation cycles. (Operational / Analytics)
  • Secure Handshakes: Essential identifiers required for the Telegram Bridge and Order Concierge. These act as the cryptographic verification for your inquiries. (Critical / Strictly Necessary)

4. How can I control cookies?

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie rights by setting your preferences in the Cookie Consent Manager or amending your web browser controls. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our website though your access to some functionality and areas of our website may be restricted.

5. Data Retention

Laboratory State cookies persist for up to 1 year to preserve your personalized experience. Nexus Coordinates generally reset upon logout or session termination. Secure Handshake cookies remain valid for up to 90 days. For more information, please consult our Data Retention Policy.

6. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed.
